Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days after delivery or purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must not be damaged, stained, or altered
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Customized or bespoke suits
- Altered garments
- Made-to-measure outfits
- Items purchased on clearance or promotion
Because bespoke and custom-made clothing is tailored specifically for each client, all custom orders are final once production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
